Mangled Minds by BC Morgan - Review

Mangled Minds by BC Morgan is the second book in the Harkwright Trilogy. I was so excited about this book as the previous one was amazing. This is a dark RH academy romance book. There is some bullying.

This book had many twists and turns. They kept me on the edge of my seat and guessing what's going to happen.

There is drama, mysteries and secrets. We got some answers and left with many more questions. Can't wait for the next book.

Love the characters. We see some great character development, especially for the men. Loved how some of them seemed to grow, and we learn more about them. Liked how we got to know them more and they are so much more than bullying rich men.

It was great to see their sweet side more, and I hope they all get their happy ending in the end. The men were still slightly asshole at times, but that's how I like my book boyfriends. LOL. I may steal some of them to my personal harem of book men.

This book is an emotional journey, and you will feel many things while reading this. At one moment I loved the men, and at next I hated them. They are very well written mysteries, and I can't wait to unravel them and hope they accept the why choose theme.

Through Luna, you will live through many horrible and happy things. I hope she will find happiness in the end and get her answers. Loved how she seemed to grow through this book and maybe started to find herself.

I have so many theories after reading this one and so many questions. Can't wait to see which one of them are correct. I hope the next book comes out soon.

Would recommend this series to those who like dark romance books.

I received a free ARC copy of this book, and I am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions are my own.

This book is coming out soon, September 24th.

Blurb:

My second year at the prestigious Harkwright Academy is about to begin. Within these walls, I've faced many challenges and I can't help but wonder: can I survive this, and still be the same girl I was when I began?

This year I have even more trials to face; from attending the retreat after being claimed by Aeron, to seeing the infamous Harkwright Prince, with no more disguises in place.

The cards may not seem stacked against me right now, but can I stay in the Harkwrights good graces without losing myself?

Will I continue to see this place as nothing more than a means to an end, or will it offer me the things I never even knew I wanted?

One thing is certain, it's gonna take more than a batch of baked goods to get me through this!

This is a full-length 150k novel that is book two in a trilogy. It is a dark academy, which includes scenes of bullying. It is a why choose romance. Where the FMC will have more than one love interest.
