Pleasantly Undead in Dark River - Review

Pleasantly Undead in Dark River by Grace McGinty is the third book in the Dark River Days series. This book is about a newly turned vampire who can't get a day of peace. Drama and life-or-death situations always find her and her men.

It picks up almost right after the second book and is not standalone.

There is a lot of action, drama and humour, and best of all, many hot and steamy scenes. I love this book and all the amazingness in it.

The storyline is great, and this book is very well written. There are many twists and turns throughout, and they kept me on the edge of my seat.

I read this book in one sitting as I couldn't put it down.

This book has amazing character development, with one character in particular. I was sure I wouldn't like one character after the previous book, but now I love him. Psycho men are the best, definitely when they would do anything for their woman.

I love the banter and humour between all of them. I live for those moments, and I like that they find those funny moments in between all of the drama.

I love Raine. She is a strong and amazing FMC.

She adapts to situations well and is very caring. I love Raine's men too, and I want to snatch a couple of them to myself. They can join my ever-growing harem of book boyfriends. LOL.

Can't wait to see what's to come next for Raine and her men, and maybe see what happens to some of the secondary characters. Waiting for the next book now, hopefully, it will come soon.

I received a free ARC copy of this book, and I am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions are my own.
